How they check Prostate Exam

We all know about medical check up for a government job but we don't know how they do it, it's a very common Question that we asked several times but we do not get any honest answer.

I met a freind of mine He is well qualified  and he did apply for alot of jobs and gave prostate exam for many times He got a lot of experience. His name is Faisal and i asked him the same question.

 What do the do in prostate exam ?

 He told me everything step by step 
Like Testing Eyesight, Ears, Nose, Any Disability,  Asthma Testing the Testicles and in the last Prostate Exam.

In prostate exam you are in a room with almost 10 other guys standing in a row then you will drop your pants a man/Doctor will come to your back and he'll ask you to cough and he'll observe your butt hole.
